"Great! Helpful, prompt and informative service at a reasonable price! Did NOT try to take advantage of a desperate consumer. I will definitely call them again. We had an impossibly clogged condensation drain line in the attic that was leaking down through the ceiling. We had placed a call based on my friend's referral and I was not disappointed. David, tonight's after hours tech, immediately responded to the call, took the time to understand the problem, discuss pros & cons of having come out tonight, and even provided tips if I wanted to continue to try and fix it myself. The after hours rate quote was also very reasonable. I decided to have David come out to ensure my family did not swelter on this hot summer night. He arrived when he said he would, quickly confirmed the situation and fixed it. He also patiently provided some great tips on preventive maintenance so this doesn't happen again. My wife and I are very pleased and happy to be writing this review from the comfort of a cool house."

"Our AC went out and we called Cool-Aid after our usual AC repair company went out of business. They sent someone out to out house right after we called. The technician showed up less than an hour from the time we called the office and he fixed it in about an hour (thankfully, he had everything on hand!). We'll definitely use them again."

"David did an amazing job with our air conditioning. For years we've had a freezing downstairs and a hot upstairs. He found a solution that was inexpensive and our upstairs is now fine. No one ever suggested anything but purchasing a new system which we could not afford. David saved us a alot of money! It is a nice change to actually have someone look for a good solution vs. the most expensive one. We've had David fix our office air conditioning as well. "Professional, honest, fair and reasonable. This is how I would describe Cool-Aid. David arrived on time in the window given. A confirmation call was given to say he was on his way. The diagnosis was made, the part was available in his van, the repair was done quickly. Your hvac isn't something that goes out often, so when it does, you want to go to someone you can trust and feel you are not going to get worked over. I'm pretty frugal with a buck, and am not taken easily when it comes to repairmen. David seems to be very genuine and enjoys what he is doing and appreciates your business. I would not hesitate to call upon him again if needed, or recommend to a friend. I will dare to say that I don't think he will ever receive a negative review. He is that good!"
